Why is it important to correct posture?

Here are some things that remain Fundamental even as Technology advances, such as "Posture". While technology has helped many people with their problems, it has also led to Postural issues.

⁉️ Why is good posture important?

The benefits of maintaining good posture are numerous, ranging from mental and physical wellness. Although posture is a broad subject Consider becoming a Posture & Functional Corrective Exercise Specialist for Deeper Understanding into this subject.

A good posture is when our bones, muscles, and joints are aligned and it requires little effort to withstand and fight the forces of gravity.

The head, thorax, and pelvis are the three main weight centres of the body, and when they are in alignment, the body moves as it should. This alignment is possible when the Muscles are strong enough to take the load of the body

💥 Common Postural Issues and Corrective Exercise

⚠️ Ankle Dorsiflexion Mobilty Restrictions

- Stretch the muscles of the calf. So that the entire foot may be used for balance and support the body when moving.

⚠️ Anterior Pelvic Tilt Dysfunction

⚠️ Neck Pain after long sitting

- Strengthen the muscles in the upper back and the ones that pull in the shoulder blades.
