Our 3 months Diploma in Strength and Conditioning is over 150+ Credits from ACE + ACSM. Each of the modules provides a comprehensive learning of key areas and topics within Strength and Conditioning. Program includes Dissertation and Internship

Our Diploma course will give you in-depth understanding of how to optimize athletic performance, Injury Prevention & Management, Posture & Functional Screening, Corrective Exercises, Sports Nutrition, Coaching Skills, Fundamental Movement and Fitness Testing with a key emphasis on return to Sport Testing
