Specialist Course is specifically designed for healthcare and fitness professionals
aiming to develop an advanced level of understanding and application of strength
and conditioning principles tailored for racquet sports such as tennis, badminton,
squash, and pickleball.

This course will equip you with the tools to enhance player performance by
improving strength, power, speed, agility, endurance, and movement quality
specific to the demands of racquet sports.
Racquet sports require unique movement patterns, multi-directional agility,
explosive changes of direction, and sustained endurance. This course focuses on

By the end of this course, participants will be able to design and implement

performance and minimize injury risk in racquet sport athletes.
