Internationally Accredited Youth Fitness Training Specialist Course by Prehab 121 Academy is a comprehensive, evidence-based certification designed to equip fitness professionals with the scientific knowledge and practical skills required to safely and effectively train children and adolescents (ages 6–18 years).
