Introduction to Functional & Group Training
Equipment used in Functional Training
We will cover a few Functional workout with Body Weight, Bands and Pulleys, Dumbbells and Kettlebells, Medicine and Stability Balls, Agility ladder, Hurdles and Battle ropes

Note : The Seminar will be limited to a few seats only. All Safety precautions will be taken and social distancing will be maintained

Athletic Wear is compulsory with gym shoes
