We look at the latest research into the How's, but you will also leave with a greater understanding of the Whys.

We will be covering what you need to do to help reduce the risk of getting injured. The workshop will be part presentation, and part practical as you'll have the opportunity to try out some of the marathon training program exercises.

We will cover:
- Injury Prevention Strategies - Understanding Running Analysis - Quick assessment for possible tightness and injuries - Running Assessment importance - Marathon Strength Training importance - Barefoot vs Shoes

If you feel that every time you start to get anywhere with your running, you get struck by injury, and/or if you're stuck in the dreaded plateau with your running times, then this workshop is for you!
