Running Injury Free Workshop

We look at the latest research into the How's, but you will also leave with a greater understanding of the Whys.
Luqman will be covering what you need to do to help reduce the risk of getting injured. The workshop will be part presentation, and part practical as you'll have the opportunity to try out some of the marathon training program exercises.
